THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32788 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation of the petitioner property admeasuring Ac.230.70 cents, situated at Sy.No.591/ 3 of Polekurru Village, Tallarevu Mandal, East Godavari District, pursuant to the application dated 02.07.2018, made by the petitioner through Mee Seva on line bearing No. APTW 3690207, as arbitrary and illegal. 2) By an order, dated 12.09.2018, this Court disposed of the writ petition, directing the third respondent to deal with the application made by the petitioner and conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner, if he is otherwise entitled to. 3) Subsequent to passing of the said order, the fourth respondent, who was impleaded as per the orders in I.A.No.2 of 2018, filed a petition to recall the said order, stating that the vendors of the fourth respondent are the owners of the entire Sy.No.591/ 3 and the writ petition is filed basing on fabricated documents.

4) After hearing both sides, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32788 of 2018 is recalled in I.A.No.3 of 2018.

5) When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

6) Permission as sought for is accorded.

7) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
