THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9312 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.158 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, YSR District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the petition, if any filed by the petitioner under Section 205 Cr.P.C. taking into consideration the nature of his employment.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
