HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.32747 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondents 2 and 5 to order the 6th respondent to demolish the unauthorized construction made by the 7th respondent in the premises of the Primary School, Timmanayunipeta Village, Kolimigundla Mandal, Kurnool District.

In the writ petition nothing is indicated as to what is the personal interest of the petitioner in challenging the action of the 7th respondent and the writ petition appears to be in the nature of Public Interest Litigation.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open for the concerned authorities to challenge the action of the 7th respondent as it is their duty to protect the school property.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
