THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.1449 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 03.01.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.219 of 2013. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent Nos. 4 to 6 not to allow any constructions without obtaining necessary building permission.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 stating that pursuant to the aforesaid order, they have inspected the site on 02.08.2013 and noticed the physical features of the site and taken the photographs. It is further stated that during their physical inspection, they have observed that the entire site is still vacant and no constructions are made thereon. No building permissions is so far issued to respondent Nos.4 to 6, since the land in question is belonging to Gurukul Trust and the same is under dispute.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
