THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3901 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner, who is A9 in Cr.No.73 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Kurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 423, 464 and 468 r/w 34 IPC and Section 6 of FERA and FEMA Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the entire case bundle was sent to Enforcement Department on 02.08.2017 to take appropriate steps. He further submitted that the Station House Officer, Kurnool II Town P.S. has no right whatsoever to arrest the accused.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
