HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.32073 of 2016 ORDER:
Vide present writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction, thereby directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners in Sy.No.97 in an extent of Ac.8.00 guntas, situated at Yelgoi Village, Jharasangam Mandal, Medak District, including issue of cheques in favour of respondents 5 and 6.
2. For the aforesaid relief, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners made representations dated 05.02.2016 and 04.04.2016 to the respondents 3 and 4, however, till date there is no response from them.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), who accepted the notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4, has assured this court the decision shall be taken on the aforesaid representations made by the petitioners, within the time stipulated by this court.
4. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for both parties, I hereby direct respondents 2 to 4 to decide the aforesaid representations made by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioners in writing within one week thereafter.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
