HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5496 OF 2011 ORAL ORDER:

Though, earlier, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" and listed also for want of representation on certain occasions, and, on request, the caption was deleted.

Later, on 19.10.2016, there was no representation. Today also, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. Hence, there is no necessity to once again order to put it under the caption "for dismissal."

Thus, it appears that the revision petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the present revision petition.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
