HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.28841 of 2017 ORDER ::

The case of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he has been appointed as Sweeper in Primary School, Seetharampuram, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, and has been working as such from 20-01-2005 to till date.

The grievance of the petitioner is that has not been paid salary for all this period and, therefore, seeks directions to the respondents for release of salary for the said period. It is also stated that the 4th respondent-Mandal Educational Officer addressed a letter dated 07-032015 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Nalgonda, but to no avail. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Education and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Services.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar fact situation in writ petition, being WP No.23471 of 2017 directed the respondents to take action for payment of salary to the petitioner therein within a time frame. This submission made by the

petitioner's counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Education. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take steps for payment of salary to the petitioner, due and payable for the period stated above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
