Sri S.V. Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 27.04.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ Petition No.33310 of 2015 seeking liberty to prosecute the comprehensive writ petition filed by petitioner i.e., W.P.No.13528 of 2016 before this Court. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to prosecute the comprehensive writ petition filed by the petitioner bearing W.P.No.13528 of 2016.
