*ry This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Letter Dis.No 325/2026 dated 12-03 2026 from The Principal Junior Civil Judge cum Xl Additional Judicral Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, and forwarded by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District. j The Court made the following: ORDER This petition is filed seeking extension of time granted in order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl P No 15427 of 2024 Perused the letter addressed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cumXl Additional Judicial lvlagistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy Diskict at Rajendranagar.
Crl P.No.15427 of 2/024 was disposed of with a direction to adjudicate the matter within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Later, the Officer submitted a letter which was considered and vide order dated 19.09.2025 in l.A.No.1 of 2025, further time of four months was extended. Now the learned Officer again sought for extension of three months to adjudicate the matter. Having regard to the reasons for the delay mentioned in the petition, to extend one more opportunity. a period of three months is extended to adjudicate the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this orderAccordingly, this application is ordered SD/.
