Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Rep., by its Registrar, Hyderabad.
... Appellant And Harshith Educational Society, Rep., by its Secretary, Hyderabad & others.
... Respondents
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 673 OF 2015 AND WRIT PETITION No.19976 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the respondent institution/college in the appeal and the writ petitioners in W.P.No.19976 of 2015, in view of joint report of inspection conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequence thereof, W.A.No.673 of 2015 is also disposed of. It is needless to mention that the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffective insofar as the respondent institution/college is concerned. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. It is made clear that withdrawal of the writ petition is without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in W.P.No.41782 of 2015 challenging rejection of approval and affiliation by JNTU and AICTE respectively. The students admitted under convener quota in this college shall not be disturbed for a period of one week from today. W.P.No.41782 of 2015 to come up "for admission" on 04.01.2016. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ
