This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.902 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, KPHB Colony t t Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused No.2 and j learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he has cheated the bank and has induced the bank to part with the public money. 4.

Predominantly it appears to be a civil dispute, for which reason, this Court deems this appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.902 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, to conclude the .,.,
