HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32070 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner states that he joined the respondent - Organisation as sub-staff on 05.01.1989 under compassionate appointment scheme. He was promoted as record clerk in the year 1996 and, thereafter, as assistant in the year, 2011. In the branch office of 1st respondent at Macherla, the petitioner was posted. While he was discharging his duties, he was placed under suspension by order dated 25.03.2015 which ultimately ended in compulsory retirement by order dated 28.09.2015.

Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. Since there is remedy of appeal against the impugned order of compulsory retirement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appellate remedy, if he so chooses.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
