Heard.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of Office Attendant (Multipurpose), along with employment exchange sponsored candidates.

By an order dated 04.01.2013, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, directed the respondents to consider the claim made by the petitioners along with the candidates sponsored through employment exchange, provided they are qualified in all respects as per the qualifications notified by the respondents.

In view of the interim direction granted by this Court, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
