Heard the counsel for petitioners, and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, for respondents.

The petitioners herein are employees of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (T.S.R.T.C.), being Drivers and Conductors in its service. They are aggrieved by its inaction in not allowing them 20 years Special Grade increment, contrary to its own circulars and the judgments of this Court.

It is brought to my notice that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.7355 of 2012. A copy of the order dt.21.03.2012 passed therein is placed on record.

For reasons alike, as were mentioned in the said order, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation to consider the petitioners' cases for granting Special Grade increment on completion of 20 years of service by considering their total service in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation irrespective of the regions and pass appropriate orders within a period

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
