Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any action is warranted, with regard to the subject constructions, respondent authorities will follow due process of law by issuing notices.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
