This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.529 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, \ Khammam II Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 354, 420 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "lPC') and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short "DP Act'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 and 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

Since the complaint is on account of marital disputes in between the Accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent, this Court deems this appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.529 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Khammam II Town Police Station, Khammam District, to conclude I

, Crl.Petition No.L1723 ol 2022 the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners-Accused Nos.2 and 3. Further, the petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
