HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32782 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed for the following relief:

" To declare the action of the respondent No.2 for not fixing the date of hearing and disposal of an appeal filed on 04.10.2017, under Section 90 of the A.P., Telangana Area Tenancy and Agriculture Land Act, 1950 against the order passed in B/ 962/ 2005, dated 08.06.2017 on the file of Tahsildar, Abdulapur Mandal, and copy received on 22.09.2017, with regard to the land in Survey No. 58, situated at Majidpur Village, Adbulapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and declare the same as totally illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, violation of law and against the provisions of A.P. Telangana Area Tenancy of Agricultural Land Act, 1950."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the appeal was filed by the petitioner on 04.10.2017, till date, no orders are passed in the appeal.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that a direction may be issued to the appropriate authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time. 4.

Having regard to the representation made, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 2nd respondent

to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, including the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 12.09.2018 DMG
