THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2396 OF 2018 O R D E R : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Contempt Case was filed alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 25.04.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14745 of 2018. By the said order, the Writ Petition was disposed of directing the Inspector General of Police, South Coastal Zone, Guntur Range, Guntur, to abide by the mandate of Rule 26(c) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1996, and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law. We are now informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services, State of Andhra Pradesh, that the petitioner's appeal was disposed of by the Inspector General of Police, South Coastal Zone, Guntur Range, vide order dated 08.10.2018. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

In the light of this development, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the appellate order dated 08.10.2018, it is for him to independently seek redressal thereof by way of separate proceedings.

Reserving liberty to him to do so, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
