THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38690 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri A.Prabhakar Rao for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) for respondents. The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of Revision filed against the order dated 02-09-2016 in Appeal No.2 of 2013 as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction vested in 2nd respondent.

Admittedly, on 12-09-2016 the petitioner filed Revision under Clause 21 of A.P.S.P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2008 before the District Collector, Civil Supplies, Warangal District. Since the revision is not taken up, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader submits that since the writ prayer is against inaction, without expressing any view on the other allegations made in the affidavit, requests the court to issue appropriate orders.

I am satisfied, having regard to the limited submission, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The Collector, Civil Supplies, Warangal, is directed to hear the Revision filed by the petitioner on 12-09-2016 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
