HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3920 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record.

The main grievance is alleged inaction of the police. In fact from the very counter affidavit of the 4th respondent, it is crystal clear of police completed investigation and filed final report by intimation to the defacto complainant.

Having regard to the above and by recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed to work out any other remedies open to the petitioner including to raise any protest petition if not already filed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
