This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.154 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rayachoti U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307 read with 149 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
