Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and he has no instructions from the legal representative to pursue the writ petition and seeks permission to dismiss the writ petition as abated.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner that sole petitioner is no more and also no steps are taken to bring the Legal representative on records, accordingly, this writ petition(TR) is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition(TR) shall stand closed.
