The case of the petitioner is that though this court granted interim order of status quo in respect of subject property in W.P.No.41989 of 2016 dated 8.12.2016, as the unofficial respondents are proceeding with the construction, he filed complaint dated 29.09.2018 to the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Gudibanda Police Station, Gudibanda Mandal, Ananthapuram District. As the 4th respondent has not registered the crime, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the police authorities to follow the guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 29.09.2018.
