Heard both sides, including the counsel appearing on behalf of the unofficial respondent. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in not filing a final report against unofficial respondent in Crime No.8 of 2016 of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

A perusal of the material placed before the Court would show that a charge sheet came to be filed against four accused/A1, A2, A4 and A5, with an observation that a separate charge sheet would be filed against the fifth respondent/A3 after her arrest. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the fifth respondent has surrendered and obtained bail. 5.

That being the position, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-police to file a final report insofar as respondent No.5/A3 is concerned, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
