HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32689 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application dated 03.03.2018 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva No.RMU011800284405 in Form VIA seeking to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner for the land admeasuring Ac.3.10 cents out of Ac.6.10 cents situated at Sy.No.680 of Pedakondalagunta Revenue Village, Kondepi Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form VI-A on 03.03.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject land, the 3rd respondent did not take any action so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner in Form VI-A on 03.03.2018, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject land and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
