Heard.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to question the award, dated 29-10-2014 passed by the 2nd respondent in Arbitration/CF/No.708/2013. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced a copy of G.O.Rt.No.18, Revenue (Registration-II) Department, dated 07-01-2015, wherein the Government delegated powers to the Principal Secretary to Government (Registration & Stamps), to hear and dispose of the appeals filed before the Government under Section 70 of the A.P.Chit Funds Act, 1982. In view of that, the petitioners' counsel seek leave to approach the said appellate authority.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority by way of appeal, if they are aggrieved by the award and seek appropriate directions form the appellate authority. If any such appeal is received by the appellate authority, the same shall be examined, considered and dealt with in accordance with law, after notice to the affected party. No costs.
