The only grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted application to the 3rd respondent for grant permission to dig the bore well in Survey No.33/1 of Chelekampalli Village, Chakrayapet Mandal, Kadapa District and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent without passing any orders. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
