SKK,J WP_29943_2016 O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though she filed objections dated 28.03.2016 and 09.08.2016 requesting the Land Acquisition Officer not to pay the entire compensation to unofficial respondent Nos.3 to 5 without adjudicating her claim in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.23 guntas in Sy.No.83/ B, situated in Bheemaram village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District as contemplated under Section of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the 2nd respondent, without considering her objections and paying her due share, not only released an amount of Rs.1,40,00,000/ - but is also trying to disburse the balance award amount in favour of respondent Nos.3 to 5. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate directions.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has submitted that they will consider the objections dated 28.03.2016 and 09.08.2016 filed by the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to disposed of the writ petition

SKK,J WP_29943_2016 by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the objections dated 28.03.2016 and 09.08.2016 said to have been filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate decision that may be taken in writing to the petitioner within a period of one week, and till such time, not to disburse the balance award amount in favour of respondent Nos.3 to 5 if not already disbursed.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
