Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Saleha Begum, on instructions, submitted that she has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition and to file fresh writ petition by stating all facts. Therefore, she seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
