This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.01.2017 in I.A.No.875 of 2016 in O.S.No.224 of 2014 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge at Tenali, Guntur District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
