HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32858 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in passing orders on the petitioner's mee-seva application No. RMU011800284869 in Form 6A dated 03.03.2018, and also in mutating his name in all online web and revenue records being maintained by respondent no.3, for agricultural landed property, to an extent of Ac.3.00 cents out of Ac.6.10 cents covered by Survey No. 680 of Pedakondalgunta Revenue Village in Kondepi Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondent No.3 to grant pattadar pass book-cum-title deed and also mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said land.
3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.
4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made a suitable application in Form-6A through online, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5) In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to consider the application No. RMU011800284869 dated 03.03.2018 made by the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
