HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32888 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Survey Nos. 21/ 3, 20/ 3, 15/ 4, admeasuring Ac.1-28 guntas, situated at Sitarampalli Village, Naspur Mandal, Mancherial district, by considering the petitioner' s representation, dated 10.08.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant pattadar pass book-cum-title deed and also mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said land.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A

through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three
