No representation for petitioners. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Mr.Shekar. Petitioners complaining inaction in disposing of representation dated 17.08.2009 have filed the instant writ petition. The grievance of petitioners is that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are trying to grab an extent of Ac.2-00 of Government land in Survey No.455 of Ameenpur (V), Patancheru Mandal and are attempting to construct a temple of " Sammakka-Sarakka" . The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue informs the Court that the Government has not considered the proposal of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for alienation of land in an extent of Ac.2-00 in Survey No.455. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the representation of petitioners is substantially worked out and it is because of this reason no one is coming forward to argue the writ petition.
