This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking direction to the learned XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of O.S. No.850 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. 2.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of O.S. No.850 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
