HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 32831 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging a notice issued under Section 226 (3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
2. Heard Mr.B.Narasimha Sharma, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Income tax and Mr.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. Today it is stated by Mr.B.Narasimha Sharma, learned Senior Standing Counsel that the impugned notice was withdrawn by the Department on account of an interim order passed by a civil Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed, without prejudice to the rights of the Department to proceed in any manner known to law.
