Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 14-07-2015 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that it is necessary to bring on record the relevant material facts, which were not pleaded in the present writ petition and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition with relevant material facts.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
