HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATION NO. 441 OF 2017 In COMPANY PETITION No.82 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking the following relief: (i) to appoint a Registered Chartered valuer for valuation of furniture items of M/s. Vanastali Hills Real Estates Private Limited (in liquidation) and M/s. West Side Estates Private Limited (in liquidation), registered office of which is situated at Flat No.210, My Home Laxmi Nivas, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, from the panel maintained by the office of the Official Liquidator or such other valuer as this Court may deem fit and proper and to direct them to submit their report to the Official liquidator;(ii) to fix the fee of the valuer at Rs.5,000/- for valuation of the movables of the company in liquidation; (iii) to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuer fee so fixed by this Court from the funds of the company in liquidation; (iv) to permit the Official Liquidator to peruse the valuation report and file necessary report/application for consideration and permission to sell the movables of the property; and (v) to order that the cost of this application do come out of the assets of the company."

On 4.4.2017, this Court directed the Official Liquidator to assess the value of the said property and inform this Court about the said assessment. In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the Official Liquidator filed a report before this Court. Considering the report and the documents placed, this Court is of the view that the value assessed by the staff of the official liquidator can be accepted. Accordingly, the report filed before this Court is accepted.
