HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5287 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to quash the order dated 14.05.2013 passed by the XXV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.445 of 2013 in C.C.No.63 of 2012.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.63 of 2012. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in his letter in Dis.No.11884/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 04.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was disposed of on 29.04.2014.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.445 of 2013 in C.C.No.63 of 2012 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
