ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5, seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.91 of 2016 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against them.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. As seen from the complaint, there are certain allegations against the petitioners. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the police concerned are directed to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
