THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42710 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 1 to 6 for not taking any action on the complaint, dated 26.11.2016, made by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 6th respondentStation House Officer, Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, is not registering a case against the 7th respondent basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated on 26.11.2016. 3.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 6th respondent is directed to register a case against the 7th respondent, if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.11.2016 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 6th respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 6th respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C. 4.
