THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No.15639 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/A.8 seeks a direction thereby enlarging him on bail in connection with FIR No.449 of 2016 of P.S., Saifabad, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 read with 34 of IPC. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/A.8 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has moved another anticipatory bail application before this Court vide Crl.P.No.14179 of 2016. However, the same has been dismissed by this Court on 30.09.2016.

When this Court put a query to the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the changed circumstances in the case after 30.09.2016, to which, he replied in negative. As the earlier petition was dismissed, this petition is also liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application at the appropriate stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT.
