There was no representation for petitioner on more than one occasion. After perusing the writ prayer and the other allegations, this Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer. Hence, no one is coming forward to argue the matter.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
