Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that it had made a representation on 20.04.2015 to 2nd respondent (Ex.P6) and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation (Ex.P6) within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation (Ex.P6) within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
