THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.32225 & 32230 of 2015 DATE: 06.10.2015 W.P.No.32225/2015 BETWEEN:

Moravaneni Ramanaiah .... PETITIONER AND 1.

State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by District Collector, Prakasam District at Ongole.

.... RESPONDENTS

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.32225 & 32230 of 2015 DATE: 06.10.2015

ON BEING MENTIONED Both these writ petitions were heard together and dismissed on the ground that they are premature on the mistaken impression that the applications filed by the respective petitioners under Form-6A for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'), are dated 8.09.2015. However, before signing the order, the said mistake that the date of application is in fact 8.09.2014, was noticed. In view of that both the writ petitions were directed to be listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today. Consequently, the order dated 5.10.2015 in each of these writ petitions is recalled.

As stated above, the petitioners in the respective writ petitions seek consideration of their applications dated 8.09.2014 filed under Form-6A of the Act. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted a copy of instructions received by him before this Court. It is not in dispute that no orders are being passed so far on the petitioners' applications. In view of sufficient lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the respective applications submitted by the petitioners dated 8.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction these writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________________ VILAS V.
