THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32850 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, in response to the show cause notice, dated 11.07.2018, petitioners herein submitted an explanation on 17.07.2018 and the same is pending consideration before the respondents.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said explanation will be considered by the respondents and appropriate further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to consider the explanation, dated 17.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take further action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Pending consideration of the said explanation, there shall be no coercive action against the subject structures. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
