In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner is praying for award of damages for the demolition of the petitioner's Homoeo Clinic.

In the considered opinion of this Court, this Court cannot quantify the damages, if any, sustained by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the common Law remedy, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
