It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.165 of 2008 on the file of the x Additional District & Sessions Judge(FTC), Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed on 19.02.2013 by the said Court and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication. 3.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
