THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.588 OF 2017 ORDER:

This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 13-02-2017 in Crl.M.P.No.327 of 2016 in Crl.A (DVC) No.182 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District. 2.

While arguing the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested the Court to limit the claim to Rs.40,000/- as deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the interim direction issued by this Court and direct the appellate Court to decide the main appeal itself within the time span fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent requested the Court to enhance the amount to Rs.60,000/- as the 1st respondent is suffering from serious illness. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to deposit another sum of Rs.10,000/- so as to meet the medical expenditure of the 1st respondent while directing the appellate Court to decide the main appeal itself within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to adjustment of amount if any awarded to her in the main appeal 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of and the warrant is re-called. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed. ___________________________________ M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J DATED: 02-08-2017.
