This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 11.03.2016 passed in E.A.No.4 of 2016 in E.P.No.174 of 2015 in O.S.No.87 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the revision petition, the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of the main E.P. on 20.07.2016. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and the office note furnished by the Registry, no further orders are necessary in this revision. 4.
